Best Heating required a TV Advert & suite of supporting digital marketing content to help increase brand awareness of Best Heating through the campaign and measure success through website traffic and uplift in brand searches. Making it clear that Best Heating is a leading online supplier of affordable designer radiators and heated towel rails.
We partnered with media agency Boutique & Best Heating to develop a creative approach to the brief that offered a playful glance into homes and the spaces heating appliances reside. Inspired by the captivating way wildlife documentaries overlay narration on top of candid visuals. We adopt the narration style of David Attenborough to set the scene and single out the ‘elephant in the room’ the old radiator but quickly reveal the inspirational solution.
Following on from the advert, market research found that those thinking of changing their radiator went from 31% to 47% for those who had seen the advert. 81% of those who recognised the ad said it was appealing. The results say it all, the TV media spend of £1m has directly returned around £3m.
