Helping Liv Group look good.
Liv Group wanted to showcase their new landmark properties including the sites, showrooms and amenities to encourage potential tennants to head to their website & book viewings.
We showcased the properties by combining smooth walkaround style shots, captured on a Freefly Movi Pro Gimbal, with close up details of the high end finish. In key areas we added in residents enjoying the spaces to help bring them to life for the viewer so they can imagine themselves living there.
Great feedback from Liv Group. Simple yet effective! Enquiries increased +200% Viewings incresed +140% and as a little Brucey bonus, they even used the suite of content to help onboard new investors.
